We offer an exciting option for you and your guests. Our 24-foot Portable Barbecue Kitchen & "SOW" Smoker On Wheels is a great visual to add a little sizzle to your event. Plus, the Portable Barbecue Kitchen allows us to bring you a wide array of barbecues on-site. It will be something everyone will remember! Our fully equipped mobile kitchens make it easy to serve up all of BBQ Master's fresh hot favorites.

We'll cook all the traditional fare right on site: Chili Dogs, Cheeseburgers, French Fries, and Onion Rings. Also, don't forget the Cookies, Brownies, and Beverages.

HOW'S IT DONE - BY BBQ MASTERS

Each of our 5 mobile kitchens is a "Mini-Restaurant" on wheels. With the same a kitchen fully equipment, you can be assured that you will get the same great quality and taste you expect. On the day of your event, our staff will load up your job based on the menu and additional items you have chosen.

All of our mobile kitchens have commercial refrigeration and ventilation powered by one of our on board generators.

We will arrive approximately 1- 21/2 hour before we are scheduled to start serving.


Although we don't need water or power, we do need you to provide us with the following:

  • Uninhibited access to the set up location for a truck that is 30' long, 9' wide and 12' high. This access must be on a hard packed surface such as gravel, asphalt or concrete.
  • A flat, level spot to park our kitchen. This spot must be large enough to accommodate our truck as well as a place for people to have access to our kitchen to place their order and receive their food. The food is served from the passenger side of the truck. Three or four parking spaces are usually enough.
  • A place for us to set up our condiment table. Preferably, this place should be away from our truck (most lines back up at the condiment table)


WE COOK AND SERVE THE FOOD "ON THE QUICKLY"

This means that we don't do a lot of pre-cooking. We need the time prior to the start time to get all of our equipment running and hot, to organize the mobile kitchen to provide you with efficient service and quality food and to set up the condiment table and place the condiments.

Doing almost several hundred events a year gives us a pretty good idea of what we should cook and how much. This is why we don't need you to tell us exactly how many hot dogs and hamburgers we are going to serve. Based on the menu you have chosen, a copy of the food items available will be placed in the window. At the designated start time. "Have your order in mind" helps our servers provide the food promptly to all of your guests. When we reach the agreed-upon end time, we will pack up our condiment table, power down the truck and move on to our next event.



FOR BBQ MASTERS TO VEND, THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS HAVE TO BE MET:

  • The customer agrees that there will be at least $1000.00 in sales. In the event the sales goal is not met, the customer will pay the difference.
  • The customer will agree that BBQ Masters will cook and serve for two hours from one of our mobile kitchens.
  • The customer will agree to promote that BBQ Masters will be at the event.
